Americans,
especially religious Americans, need to remember that, according to the Constitution and the Pledge of Allegiance, the
United States of America is a Constitutional Republic of free People. Contrary to popular belief, it is not
a theocracy, it is not a democracy. As President Washington said, "We are not a religious nation; we are a nation
of religious people." The enforcement of personal religious views on free people, depriving them of their equal Rights,
is an attempt to overthrow our Constitutional Republic and is treasonous. It has somehow become the focus of a small
but powerful religious community in the United States to try to enforce theocracy in order to establish what they view
to be God's kingdom here on earth. But Jesus himself said, "My kingdom is NOT of this world. IF My Kingdom WERE
of this world, THEN would My servants fight... But now is My Kingdom NOT from hence." John 18:36
To my fellow Christians who are up in arms over the issue of gay
Rights and marriage, who, with witch-hunting vigilante justice, seek to re-write our Constitution and our national
and state Laws in order to enthrone your own personal morality, I bring to your attention the admonishment of James the
brother of our Lord Jesus who said, "My beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow
to wrath - for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God!" James 1:19-20. And it is with that same admonition
that I ask you to keep in mind while reading this site, keeping your eyes and heart open, remembering that "Mercy and
truth shall go before Thy face... The heart of the Law is Justice, Mercy and Good Faith."
